Prerecorded Message EBR Telemarketing, Project No. R411001. Do not loosen the restrictions on telemarketers. I received a prerecorded call last week for a local chain store adveritsing a sale. I would like to know why and how I received this call as the phone number called has been registered on the Do Not Call list for at least 6 months. This would appear to be a violation. Any lessening of the current restrictions will likely make the Do Not Call list worthless.
