When answering the phone, I expect to talk with a person I know, a person I have asked to call me, or a person who I can help with my knowledge. Because these are my expectations, I stop what I am doing to answer the phone. It is ludicrous that I should stop what I am doing (such as climbing a ladder, etc.) to hear a dead line, or a machine or telemarketer spieling unwanted information in my ear. I am angry at the intrusion. I don't understand why I, as an individual should be subjected to this abuse. Please, at the least, reconsider your approval of Prerecorded Message EBR Telemarketing, Project No. R411001. It would be even better if the wishes of people who have put their name on the no-call list were respected. Telemarketers that make calls claiming prior relationships to people, cannot hide behind this excuse if they are making calls to multiple individuals with the same message.
