I strongly oppose the proposed changes which will allow telephone solicitation of individuals who can be shown to have an established consumer relationship. I do not want solicitation calls of any sort. Previous consumer purchase does not alter my attitude or interest in hearing pre-recorded phone messages. I am paying for my phone service and deserve freedom from harrassment. I want to have peace and quiet in my own home and deeply resent any intrusions.
