I am opposed to widening a loophole in the Do Not Call registry that will allow telemarketers to make more unsolicited phone calls. Please do NOT approve the proposed amendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule nor the petition submitted by the Direct Marketing Association to amend the TSR’s call abandonment safe harbor provision.
