Please do not loosen the rules for 'do not call'. If you are going to make any changes make them stronger and include all the current exclusions to the current law. I do not want to get unsolicited calls from any organization or business for any reason. Only with the use of 'opt-in' by me should any company or organization be allowed to contact me.
