Allowing telemarketing calls by recorded messages should definitely NOT be permitted. Its a disruption of your personal time whether the calls are from live persons or by recorded messages. If people want to speak to these companies, they can initiate the calls themselves...not subject everyone else to this intrusion. There is finally a law forbidding these calls...for once lets stick to the law and not make exceptions!! It makes a mockery of the legal system.
