Please do not allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. I feel this defeats the whole idea of stopping unwanted and unsolicited calls from coming into our homes. I also believe that if this is allowed, once companies figure out how to work this for themselves, we'll be deluged with automated phone spam. Please do not allow.
