The FTC is confused by the politics involved here. It is simple, the party paying the phone bill has ALL rights in his/her favor. Commercial callers, automated or in-person, are subject to the desires of the individual subscribers and their representatives in Congress. The People spoke, Congress spoke, the President of the United States spoke, now FTC must rule in favor of the MAJORITY. WAKE-UP!
