I don't see the difference between a person or a machine if your still being harassed with a telephone call. Also, a lot of people are now cell phone users only and if you answer a call from a telemarketor, you will get charged for it. No one can remember all of their incoming numbers to not answer the telemarketing call.This needs to be stopped now.
