I am very much against the proposed changes. I do not want the unsolicited phone calls which the proposed changes would allow. The do not call registry has been appreciatively received witness the massive number of people signing up. To allow any undermining of the list would be a disgrace. If I want to talk to someone I'll call them. I don't need recorded messages disturbing me or that I have to take the time to delete from my answering service. I only wish there could be some way to exclude the unsolicited political calls like those we constantly received during the past election cycle and unsolicited calls from charitable fund raisers.
