I think this proposal would be loaded weapon for telemarketers. You think email spam is bad? Prepare to come home to find you voice mail box full of telemaketer messages. You might as well remove your answering machines because you will have to search through 10s of spam messages just to find the important ones from your friends and family. I think this is a terrible idea and it would be another way for the already bothersum telemarketers to invade our privacy.
