Any unsolicited call should be considered an invasion of privacy. I work odd hours and the phone wakes me up. It's as if I'd call a normal person at 3am, to play them a sales pitch. My phone and cable company, my newspaper company all call me despite my requests not to. Yes, I'm a customer and they use my phone number to tracking, but their calls wake me up and are very disruptive.
