Comments:
I do not agree with the proposal of allowing pre-recorded telemarketing calls to consumers. I also do not agree with the interpretation of the "business relationship" that is currently being used. I do not consider myself as having a "business relationship" with a company simply because I have called them with an inquiry. If I purchased a product, then that would be a different story altogether. Please do not allow us to be inundated with unwanted calls on our private lines and in our private lives.
