I do not wish to see any amendment that will allow telemarketers any more ability to contact me. I would much rather see more restrictions on telemarketers calling my home including those with which I may have had a "business relationship". Any business relationship I may have had may have been unsatisfactory and therefore I would not wish to hear from that business again. We are subjected to almost constant commercials on radio, television (including cable, for which we must pay to see the commercials), roadside billboards, bus benches, magazines, newspapers, web pages, mail, etc. I am also disgusted by the seemingly constant barrage of calls from political groups soliciting votes for a candidate or an issue. I don't believe anyone should be able to call my phone (home or cellular) unless it is someone I have specifically given permission to call me.
