I am not in favor of this amendment--it is a backdoor method of returning to the bad old days of intrusive calls at dinner, after dinner, I used to receive 2-3 calls every evening--the only calls that should be allowed are to companies who have an ongoing existing and real business relationship with the customer. Its been a blessing since I placed my number on the do not call registry. Thanks you Sheila Leader ARNP Retired
