It's hard for me to believe the audacity of anyone that would seek to introduce a loophole of this magnitude into the Do Not Call list, a list that clearly is desired by the overwhelming majority of Americans. This proposal is WRONG. It would allow predatory practices on the part of telemarketers. If this were allowed, it would prove that the government is no better than the lackey of a powerful lobby, and that Washington is deaf to the clearly stated will of We the People. To reiterate, I am VERY OPPOSED to this sneaky proposal.
