Those of us who were so grateful to have the DO NOT CALL LIST become a reality do NOT want ANY new exceptions. Any telemarketing-especially a pre-recorded message is unacceptable. We pay for phone services which serve our needs and do not feel the service we have should be used as a marketing tool. Any time I use a service or buy a product that company considers me a customer. Yes, I can "opt out" but that puts the burden on me where I shouldn't have to do anythong. Please do not allow this loophole!!
