Please do not make any change to the rules for the National Do Not Call Registry. When we originally registered, I felt that such registration would solve the unwanted calls problem. Do not change the now level playing field back to what it used to be before the regisrty was set up. The 62 Million people (think of it 62,000,000 people all with one purpose: not receiving unwanted calls) who registered can't all be wrong - this used to be a very big unecessarry problem for people with telephones. The proposed TSR amendment is a very bad idea which would impact individual privacy and create a back door to consumers for still unwanted telemarketers and others to place calls, leave recorded messages, and otherwise annoy innocent residents.
