It would be a travesty to allow marketers to leave messages on our answering machines. I always thought it was an invasion of privacy to receive calls. Now that we are free of the intrusion, why would you consider allowing us to be harassed again? I would have to consider removing my answering machine. I could see my machine being filled with unwanted messages, and not being able to receive those which I need. As a senior, I must have space to hear from necessary callers.
