I understand that some marketers have found a way around the "Do Not Call" program. I have registered and want to be sure that this does not happen with my phone. I registered my phone 916 726 7869, and I did not have a cell phone when I registered so Iwould like to know how to add that to the list. The number is 916 342 2045..
