As a citizen who has registered 5 telephone numbers with the National Do Not Call Registry I am appalled that the FTC would even remotely entertain an amendment to the TSR. Even with my numbers in the registry I *still* receive phone spam on all of my phones (3 cell phones and 2 landlines). Much of it is in fax form, or recorded messages already. I shudder to think of the increase in volume if this amendment passes. It is very disconcerting that this change is being considered after I volunteered my numbers to be added to a list purported to keep me from getting so many solicitations. I strongly urge you to reconsider this action.
