Comments:
If a company leaves junk mail on my voicemail service, and I must pay for the calltime required to retrieve/delete it, then that company is stealing my money. If my telephone rings until I answer it, and the calling company immediately hangs up (because I am not an answering machine), even 3% of the time, then that company is stealing my time. Stealing is illegal. I will aggressively vote against any supporter(s) of a policy which enables one individual to steal from another by allowing the former to advertise to the latter via non-free, private (non-broadcast), interactive (requiring them to respond) channels.
