Please do not modify any existing rules that would allow telemarketing messages to be left on cell phones. The Do Not Call list should be honored for all types of phone calls, including cell phone calls. These calls would interfere greatly with the ability to respond to the personal and business calls that we receive and that are important. Telemarketing calls are a nuisance and an obstruction.
