I do not wish to be called with pre-recorded messages at any time. These are a worse offense than live people because my voice mail forces me to listen to the full message before I am given the option to delete it. I put my number on that registry to avoid such annoyances. Please do not allow pre-recorded messages. You consider it a less-intrusive form of advertising, but the way my voice mail system works, it is actually MORE intrusive. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW IT.
