I do not want unsolicated telephone calls to my home phone or to my cell phone. IF, I want to buy something, I'll research the item on the internet and do my own purchase. I pay the bill and will talk to whomever I choose to talk to. As a handicapped person, it is an intrusion and very big hardship upon me to answer a telephone call that I do not want.
