To circle back again with a modified proposal is really only a clever ploy to circumvent the law's original intent. I do not want pre-recorded or live callers entering my home unsolicited and uninvited for any reason. If business customers wish to hear from a particular vendor or business contact they may personally give that party a contact phone number and a written release okaying such calls at the time of their initial purchase or transaction. The rest of us would not be at risk once again of being annoyed and harrassed by even 3 calls per day. Thank you.
