Please do not enact this. We currently pay to have an unpublished phone number and still receive telemarketing calls, phone surveys, and throughout the election, computer generated calls. We do not want our household invaded by these unsolicited phone calls and do not want to invest in caller I.D. and the additional energy required to predetermine which phone calls to answer.
