No. I do not want any phone calls from telemarketers---EVER. I find telemarketing calls intrusive. Pre recorded messages would be worse that email spam. I will have to listen to the messages in order to get to the ones that I want to hear. At least with email, I can tell by the sender that I don't need to read it.
