May I suggest that you disallow all telemarketers from calling any resident with a telephone number. Create a "Do Call" list with not one telephone number published on it and allow individuals to opt themselves to and receive calls from the telemarketing industry. Quit allowing the telemarketing industry from getting their way through loopholes. Thank you.
