All calls, automated, prerecorded, live, MUST be blocked to all properly regitered "do not call" phone numbers or the whole thing becomes nearly ineffctive. Please do not allow the telemarketers to get around this great system with some sort of atechnical bull ticky idea of prerecorded or other such sneakiness.
