Please do not allow an amendment that will allow telemarketers to call and leave pre-recorded messages on voicemail or an answering machine. With all the access to goods and services the Internet provides there should be no reason for unsolicited calls to be forced on the public. If there is a good or service that the public wants then most people are more than capable of initiating contact with the appropriate parties.
