I strongly object to spam blitzing cell phone voicemail. This is ridiculous to even consider. The People have already spoken by signing up in droves for the Do Not Call List. Paying to use precious phone minutes retrieving junk is like getting unsolicited faxes using my ink and paper supplies. Is that not illegal?
