Please do not amend the Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow telemarketers to leave pre-recorded messages. Just because I have a "relationship" with a company, that does not mean that I want them leaving pre-recorded messages on my phone! And the way companies have so many subsidiaries these days, a relationship with one company often opens the door to a dozen more! Americans have spoken loudly and clearly on this issue! We do not want these calls!
