I would like to voice my dislike of the possibility of receiving pre-recorded messages on my cellphone from anyone, whether or not I have some kind of business or other relationship with them. If you require them to pay for my air time, I MIGHT not object, but really do not have the time to listen to the messages. The same goes for text messages sent to a cell phone. If they pay for the air time, maybe. If they are willing to pay me to listen to/read the message (by for example paying for more minutes than they use) I might even listen to the end of the message. Better yet, have a do not voice-mail/text/call registry as opposed to the do not call that currently is in effect. All of my phones are on this list.
