I am against pre-recorded tele-marketing calls. This is just another way of invading our privacy in the home. Also, if it is my cell phone number, it is possibly going to cost me. I do not want any type of pre-recorded messages on my voice mail or answering machine. How will these calls get to my answering machine/voice mail without me picking up the phone first? I get too many calls as it is from so-called businesses I have a relationship with! Government agencies are suppose to be working for the benefit of the people of this country. I see no benefit for us in this proposal, only more time wasted by the people if we have to deal with these messages.
