"an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship." PLEASE DOT NOT let corporations dominate individual citizens. What individual in their rational mind wants to receive pre-recorded messages that are UNSOLICITED? AND the federal government agencies already have enough to do without having to assume the additional burden of policing these messages to assure they don't exceed some predetermined frequency, which would be tantemount to harrassment! Agencies such as FTC and FCC are supposed to be working in the interests of individual citizens, not corporate entities. This is supposed to be goverment FOR THE PEOPLE, not the CORPORATION. Please keep that in mind when rendering your decision on behalf of the people. And when addressing the people, as in the excerpt above, please cut out the legalese crap.
