I'd like to express my deep concern about this proposed change. I don't wan't telemarketers on my phone -- whether pre-recorded or live! If I wish to contact a company, there are phone numbers, e-mails, websites and store fronts -- they don't need to open a branch office in MY home, using MY phone. Please, please, please, support the public's right to choose how our phones get used. Thank you. Sincerely, Matt Medford
