The FTC is considering a petition that would allow telemarketers to leave pre-recorded "spam blitzes" to be left on your voicemail. I am completely AGAINST this. People do not want unsolicited messages of this nature. The are bothersome and clutter already clogged systems. For most people, if they want to know more about a product or sevice, they know how to initiate that process.
