As a private citizen, I am definitely not in favor of allowing spam telemarketing calls to be made by telemarketing companies. I signed up right away for the Do Not Call List and I feel that to let the telemarketing companies make spam calls to my home phone would just circumvent the purpose of the Do Not Call List. I also feel that allowing them would be an invasion of my privacy and a negation my right to opt out of these types of calls. Please do not allow this to happen. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
