I am strongly against the passage of the above proposal. How do you consider this any different than spam? This is nothing but an inconvenience for consumers. If I am in the market for a product or service, I am well equipped to research the options and make my own decisions. If this goes forward, a suggestion would be an addendum that excludes those phone numbers currently on the -no call- lists-these folks have already voiced their opinions! Thank you for your time.
