I am against the proposed ammendment allowing telemarketing pre-recorded phone calls to be placed on my voice mail or answering machine. I do not want the FTC to permit this safe harbor. Devices such as voice mail and answering machines only hold so much time to record messages. To have spam telemarketing messages would only waste valuable space in which to receive my important and expected messages that I need to and wish to receive.
