I would like to make it known that I am against the proposed rule change which would allow telemarketers to leave unsolicited voice mail messages. I beleive this proposal to be in violation of the spirit of the recently implemented do not call list. In addition, in some cases it will be even more of an imposition on one's time and finances than a live telemarketing call. Not all voice mail systems will allow the user to ignore a message without listening to the entire message first and some users may be paying according to the number of messages processed. To reiterate, I urge you to not allow telemarketers to invade our voice mail systems with their unwelcome and costly messages. Respectfully, Greg Cox
