I am unalterably opposed to any relaxing of the rules to prevent unwanted telemarketing calls. Even from those who might claim a pre-existing relationship. I have pre-existing relationships with many companies, and I do not want to be hearing from them about other enticements to buy their products or services. If I want to talk with them, I'll do the contacting, thank you very much.
