I have something to say about this issue. I pay my phone bill not the companies that want to us my phone as an advertising medium. If any of these companies care to step forward and pay my phone bill they can call me anytime. Other STAY OFF OF MY PHONE! Any legislator who is lobbying to get this approved will be exposed to the public.
