I view this proposed amendment as a total disregard for an individual’s right to privacy. If this amendment passes, I would encourage individuals to both setup telemarketing programs, that fall within the proposed amendment, that continually call everyone who votes for the amendment with a recorded message stating their disgust and then to vote those same people out of office. Anyone who would vote in favor of this will be seen as taking money from the telemarketing industry the general public.
