My comments: I am totally against any unsolicited calls.Thank you for the Do Not Call List it has been a true blessing. Do not allow this new trade regulation on prerecorded calls to go through. The american people have already voiced their opinion on this issue with the success and popularity of the Do Not Call List. Don't go against the wishes of the people, we are tired of constantly having our privacy invaded and bombarded with annoying and untimely solititations that we don't need or want. If a rule of this type were to be passed we would all have to install spam filters on our phones which would be just as unreliable as e-mail spam filters. Thank You for your consideration on this issue, Robert Kehoe
