Comments:I don't think that it is right for me to pay someone to advertise on my phone. If you allow companies to start calling on my cell phone, I am sure that they are not going to call at night when my minutes are free. They are going to call in the middle of my "peak" minutes. I pay for these minutes and more if I go over so it is not right for me to have to pay extra because I got an hour of Marketing calls on my cell phone. There is the landline phone that they already call at any time of the day. There is tv, radio, newpapers, magazines, etc. There is plenty of other media or ways to market whatever you are trying to sell. This is about the only privacy that we have left. Lets try and keep it that way.
