The purpose of the national DO NOT CALL list is to get telemarketers out of our home. We don't want unsolicited sales call while having dinner in the privacy of our home. Telemarketers having pre-recorded messages is just as anoying. Worse, as you cant interupt the speaker and ask them to place the number on the do not call list - as it is a recording. Pre-recorded telemarketing phone messages should not be allowed if someone has registered with the DO NOT CALL list. Thank You.
