Please DO NOT allow telemarketers the ability to make pre-recorded telephone calls. Such phone calls are annoying and harassing and allow the telemarketing company the ability to get someone on the line without wasting time and money hiring a living and beathing american to hock their product. It is a waste of time and energy and unnecessarily ties up the phone line. Allowing such activity does nothing to add to the national economy (i.e. does not generate any real paying jobs) and further would aliente consumers from such companys (further lowering the GNP). Thank you.
