We ABSOLUTELY and VEHEMENTLY OPPOSE this possible legislation. This is PURE VIOLATION of our right to privacy under the constitution. You represent the people, and we the people are telling you we want the right to our own time and money, we have told you we do NOT want to have telemarketers contact us EVER. If I already have a relationship with a company - I WILL CONTACT THEM if I am further interested in their products. Not many people (if any) appreciate or even listen to pre-recorded messages - it is a waste of my resources that I PAID FOR (ie. answering machine space, airtime charges, etc.). Please consider the wishes of your constituents!
